You will work with the Lead Architect to develop solutions for a multitude of enterprise-level clients, and be an active participant in your project's success.
As the B.D.D., you’re focus is to win net-new logos, within the Medical Devices industry, by being able to share our story about how we generate measurable outcomes for our Clients. You will work directly with our Chief Growth Officer and Sector Leads to develop strategies of increasing deal volume and size. You will have a sales and operations manager providing warm, qualified leads to pursue. This is in addition to your own network of prospective Clients that would follow you to the end of the world. As the E.P.D., you’re focus is to maintain positive, strong and healthy relationships with our Clients. This will be achieved by mentoring a team of Portfolio Directors and managing a book of business of high-growth accounts in an industry vertical of your choosing. You set the tone and the standards in which we measure success. You subscribe to servant leadership and consultative selling.
As Head of Delivery Excellence, with in depth knowledge of agile and traditional delivery processes and best practices, you will define and implement approaches for agile delivery, finance and budgeting and the governance thereof, leading groups of agile coaches, scrum masters, PMOs that will enable achievement of our business outcomes so that our clients delivers market leading products that are easy and intuitive to use.
As a Business Analyst & Digital Consultant you will have the opportunity to analyze the structure of businesses to determine how they operates and determine objectives by identifying any problems with the current business model. You will also design potential solutions to the problems identified during the research phase.
As the Lead Service Designer & Digital Consultant you will work with service managers and program directors to develop design concepts, set direction, assure quality of design delivery across teams, and lead multiple or highly complex services.
As a Service Designer & Digital Consultant you will have the opportunity to explain design decisions, work collaboratively, and own the responsibility of a service. You will work independently after receiving direction from the senior designers to identify user needs.
As a Senior Product Owner & Digital Consultant you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the scrum team to prioritize, plan, and release working product increments. You will also keep the stakeholders involved by gathering input and communicating the process of the project.
As a Product Owner & Digital Consultant you will have the opportunity to collaborate with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements to define the vision for the team's product and product roadmap.
As an Agile Coach & Digital Consultant you will have the opportunity to work with project teams to analyze current systems and processes and design a strategy for the adoption of agile best practices. You will guide teams to help them stay on track with agile techniques, fin-tuning approaches as needed to ensure the overall strategy is being met.
As a Integration Architect & Digital Consultant you will have the opportunity to oversee the design, programming, testing and deployment of enterprise solutions. You will be responsible for recommending appropriate tools, technologies, and processes for the development of scalable software solutions.
As the Blueriver EMEA Operations Director you will be sought as a thought partner, supporting leadership in setting the strategic agenda and defining implementation activities for the business while also providing ad hoc support for priority initiatives and projects across EMEA. You will work closely with the SVP EMEA and Blueriver’s CGO to drive coordination and development of Blueriver’s business globally and to ensure operational effectiveness.
