Ravix Group Selects Blue River for Comprehensive Application Solution
Sacramento, CA, September 2006 – Ravix Group, Inc. has hired Blue River Interactive Group to develop a custom extranet solution for Ravix consultants and customers.
Ravix, a Silicon Valley consulting firm that provides outsourced financial and human resource services to start-up companies, is looking to rethink and overhaul its current client knowledgebase tool.
“Ravix’s knowledgebase is a key component for client service that has been deeply underutilized,” said Ryan Thompson, COO for Blue River Interactive Group. “We’re looking forward to making it the powerful tool that it was meant to be.”
Blue River will develop Client Central, a comprehensive, custom application for the Ravix database that is based on and extends Blue River’s versatile content management system. The new application will emphasize client-centered architecture that quickly directs Ravix consultants and their customers to useful database features.
“Blue River has put together a great plan to help us feature the best information possible in the clearest, most relevant way,” said Ravix Vice President Ingrid Glazebrook, CPA.
In addition to improving overall usability, Blue River’s solution will include interactive project reporting and real-time charting, enhanced security features, online collaboration tools and flexible data entry that allows users to save their entries without having to complete entire forms.
